"No one ever answers the phone at the new location, whenever I was finally able to get thru I told the young lady that her out of office was back from May and she laughed and said oh we forgot to change it. A week later I still am not able to get thru and the out of office has still not been updated. I stopped by the new location only to find that the front door said they were at lunch and would return at 2pm - it was 4 pm and still no one had returned. It’s certainly not the way I would run my office."

"Bad experience with roadside assistance, waiting since 12 at night for a tire change, they arrived two hours later, I do not recommend it. No recomiendo para nada el servicio en carretera por cambio de una llanta a altas horas de la noche espere por dos horas y llamando por cinco ocasiones para ver que estaba pasando que no llegaban auxiliarme pera cobrar sin buenos pero mal servicio no lo recomiendo"

"My mom came in looking to requote her vehicles on my uncles policy and was giving horrible customer service by the female agent. She wasn’t able to get a name but she informed me that the lady was not helpful in any way. The agent was refusing to understand my mother’s needs for the coverage she was looking for on her specific truck. She said the agent went to the back to see the removal of a Chevy truck from her policy since it already has coverage somewhere else and came back with an even higher price than before. A policy premium should not increase if it was only a liability/uninsured motorist coverage that was removed. She proceeded to tell my mother, “Every 6 months you come in to waste two hours of my time”. This is very unprofessional as she is there to cater service to her customers. We found a new provider with more reasonable prices and superior customer service. Thank you very much for your inability to properly explain the coverage being given to your loyal customers."

"I have been with Noel Vallejo for about 15 years now, and throughout the years service started to feel like it was lacking.
Fortunately lately I have been dealing with Sheyla and she really does understand customer service, I had briefly left State Farm but still kept a life insurance policy, so I kept communication with this office, it was really the customer service I received from her that made me come back, im not a hard to please customer I would say, just need to make sure I am helped. Great job Sheyla! And thank you for your help today."

As soon I made my change to the policy they still increase on my policy , it almost the same price before I made the changes. They told me it was going to certain amount every month , that was a lie . I guess they don’t want nobody to save money on this economy."

No agent has ever taken the time to explain coverages like she did, she made sure I walked out of her office understanding my coverages and making sure my vehicles had the correct coverages.
